Amy Augustine, DDS, MS
Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist - Napoleon, OH
Dr. Amy Augustine—known as “Dr. Amy” to her patients—is a board-certified pediatric dentist who provides gentle, expert care to infants, children, and teens. She is one of the only board-certified pediatric dentist serving Fulton, Henry, Defiance, Paulding, Putnam, and Williams Counties.
With specialized training and a natural connection with kids, Dr. Amy helps children feel safe and confident at the dentist. She uses behavior guidance techniques like tell-show-do and positive reinforcement to create a calm, supportive environment where kids can succeed—and where parents are often surprised by how well their child does.
Dr. Amy earned her undergraduate degrees in Chemistry and Spanish from Case Western Reserve University, her DDS from The Ohio State University, and completed General and Pediatric Residencies at the University of Toledo Medical Center.
She is a proud member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Ohio Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, ADA, ODA, and Toledo Dental Society. Dr. Amy loves helping kids build positive dental experiences that lead to a lifetime of healthy smiles.
Outside the Office
Dr. Amy lives in Maumee with her husband, Kenneth, and their daughters, Audrey and Violet. In her spare time, she enjoys playing the piano, doing arts and crafts, playing games, watching movies, reading, and spending time outdoors with her family.
Vishal Patel, DDS
Pediatric Dentist - Napoleon, OH
Dr. Patel was born and raised in India, where he earned his dental degree and worked both as a lecturer and in private practice.
He later moved to Canada, completing a highly competitive dental program at the University of Western Ontario, where he graduated with high honors. Dr. Patel then practiced in a busy family dental office in Ontario for nearly three years, caring for patients of all ages, before heading to Kansas to complete the NYU Langone Dental Medicine Postdoctoral Residency Program.
Dr. Patel’s passion for pediatric dentistry grew from his early experiences treating young patients. One moment that left a lasting impression was when he treated a child with dental trauma while on call at a hospital—afterward, the child hugged him in gratitude. Another memorable experience was when a once-nervous patient came running down the hallway to hug him during a return visit. Moments like these showed Dr. Patel the profound impact compassionate care could have on children’s lives—and sparked his dedication to pediatric dentistry.
Outside the Office
Dr. Patel enjoys spending time with his wife, Foram, and their two children: Durva and Divam. He also loves traveling, playing cricket and pickleball, and gardening with his family.
Rawan Sarsour, DDS, MS
Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist - Napoleon, OH
Dr. Rawan Sarsour—known as “Dr. Rawan” to her patients—is a board-certified pediatric dentist with over 15 years of experience. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2012 and went on to complete advanced training in pediatric dentistry, becoming board certified in the specialty. She also holds a Master of Science degree, bringing a strong academic background that complements her clinical expertise.
Dr. Rawan is passionate about children’s oral health and genuinely loves working with kids. She believes in creating positive, comfortable dental experiences from an early age. In addition to her work in private practice, she has served as an assistant professor in a pediatric dental department, helping educate and mentor the next generation of dentists. She is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD), CODA, and the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry (ABPD).
Known for her compassionate approach, Dr. Rawan is dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized care for every child. She takes pride in building trust with both patients and parents, and in helping children develop healthy dental habits that last a lifetime.
Outside the Office
Dr. Rawan lives in Perrysburg with her husband and their two young children. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, hiking, watching movies, and exploring new restaurants. In the winter, she especially loves sledding and playing in the snow with her kids.
Grace Stone, DDS
General Dentist - Napoleon, OH
Dr. Grace Stone grew up on a farm in southeast Michigan, spending her summers raising 4H animals alongside her two brothers. Her hands on upbringing taught her the value of hard work, compassion, and community, and those qualities continue to shape the way she cares for every patient.
Dr. Stone attended Trine University, where she played four years of volleyball and one year of golf. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Michigan, graduating in May 2025. During dental school, she volunteered for four years with Victors for Veterans, helping provide free dental care to those who have served in the military.
Dr. Stone is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident in the dental chair. She loves building meaningful relationships and considers it a privilege to help families maintain healthy, happy smiles.
Outside the Office
Dr. Stone enjoys reading, gardening, golfing, kayaking, and spending time with her nieces, nephew, friends, and family. She and her husband, Landin, live with their sweet pup, Dot, and love traveling together, especially as she works toward her goal of visiting every U.S. national park!
